وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِآيَاتِنَا وَسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ ٩٦
And indeed We sent Musa (Moses) with Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and a manifest authority;
- وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا
- And indeed We sent
- مُوسَىٰ
- Musa (Moses)
- بِآيَاتِنَا
- with Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.)
- وَسُلْطَانٍ مُّبِينٍ
- and a manifest authority
إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ فَاتَّبَعُوا أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۖ وَمَا أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ ٩٧
To Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and his chiefs, but they followed the command of Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and the command of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) was no right guide.
- إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَئِهِ
- To Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and his chiefs,
- فَاتَّبَعُوا أَمْرَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۖ
- but they followed the command of Fir'aun (Pharaoh),
- وَمَا أَمْرُ فِرْعَوْنَ بِرَشِيدٍ
- and the command of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) was no right guide.
يَقْدُمُ قَوْمَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَأَوْرَدَهُمُ النَّارَ ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْوِرْدُ الْمَوْرُودُ ٩٨
He will go ahead of his people on the Day of Resurrection, and will lead them into the Fire, and evil indeed is the place to which they are led.
- يَقْدُمُ قَوْمَهُ
- He will go ahead of his people
- يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
- on the Day of Resurrection
- فَأَوْرَدَهُمُ النَّارَ ۖ
- and will lead them into the Fire
- وَبِئْسَ الْوِرْدُ الْمَوْرُودُ
- and evil indeed is the place to which they are led
وَأُتْبِعُوا فِي هَٰذِهِ لَعْنَةً وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ بِئْسَ الرِّفْدُ الْمَرْفُودُ ٩٩
They were pursued by a curse in this (deceiving life of this world) and (so they will be pursued by a curse) on the Day of Resurrection. How bad is the curse (in this world) pursued by another curse (in the Hereafter).
- وَأُتْبِعُوا فِي هَٰذِهِ
- They were pursued in this (deceiving life of this world)
- لَعْنَةً وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۚ
- by a curse and (so they will be pursued by a curse) on the Day of Resurrection.
- بِئْسَ الرِّفْدُ الْمَرْفُودُ
- How bad is the curse (in this world) pursued by another curse (in the Hereafter).
