بَلْ جَاءَ بِالْحَقِّ وَصَدَّقَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ ٣٧
Nay! he (Muhammad SAW) has come with the truth (i.e. Allah's Religion - Islamic Monotheism and this Quran) and he confirms the Messengers (before him who brought Allah's religion - Islamic Monotheism).
- بَلْ جَاءَ بِالْحَقِّ
- Nay! he (Muhammad SAW) has come with the truth
- وَصَدَّقَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
- and he confirms the Messengers (before him who brought Allah's religion - Islamic Monotheism)
إِنَّكُمْ لَذَائِقُو الْعَذَابِ الْأَلِيمِ ٣٨
Verily, you (pagans of Makkah) are going to taste the painful torment;
- إِنَّكُمْ
- Verily, you
- لَذَائِقُو الْعَذَابِ
- are going to taste the torment
- الْأَلِيمِ
- the painful
وَمَا تُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ٣٩
And you will be requited nothing except for what you used to do (evil deeds, sins, and Allah's disobedience which you used to do in this world);
- وَمَا تُجْزَوْنَ
- And you will be requited
- إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
- nothing except for what you used to do (evil deeds, sins, and Allah's disobedience which you used to do in this world)
إِلَّا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ الْمُخْلَصِينَ ٤٠
Save the chosen slaves of Allah (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism).
- إِلَّا عِبَادَ اللَّهِ

أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ رِزْقٌ مَّعْلُومٌ ٤١
For them there will be a known provision (in Paradise).

فَوَاكِهُ ۖ وَهُم مُّكْرَمُونَ ٤٢
Fruits; and they shall be honoured,

- and they shall be honoured,
فِي جَنَّاتِ النَّعِيمِ ٤٣
In the Gardens of delight (Paradise),
- فِي جَنَّاتِ

عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مُّتَقَابِلِينَ ٤٤
Facing one another on thrones,
- عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ
- On thrones
- مُّتَقَابِلِينَ
- facing one another
يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِكَأْسٍ مِّن مَّعِينٍ ٤٥
Round them will be passed a cup of pure wine;
- يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم
- Round them will be passed
- بِكَأْسٍ مِّن مَّعِينٍ
- a cup of pure wine
بَيْضَاءَ لَذَّةٍ لِّلشَّارِبِينَ ٤٦
White, delicious to the drinkers,
- بَيْضَاءَ
- White
- لَذَّةٍ
- delicious
- لِّلشَّارِبِينَ
- to the drinkers
لَا فِيهَا غَوْلٌ وَلَا هُمْ عَنْهَا يُنزَفُونَ ٤٧
Neither they will have Ghoul (any kind of hurt, abdominal pain, headache, a sin, etc.) from that, nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom.
- لَا فِيهَا غَوْلٌ
- Neither they will have Ghoul (any kind of hurt, abdominal pain, headache, a sin, etc.) from that,
- وَلَا هُمْ عَنْهَا يُنزَفُونَ
- nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom.
وَعِندَهُمْ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ عِينٌ ٤٨
And with them will be chaste females, restraining their glances (desiring none except their husbands), with wide and beautiful eyes.
- وَعِندَهُمْ
- And with them
- قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ

- (desiring none except their husbands), with wide and beautiful eyes.
كَأَنَّهُنَّ بَيْضٌ مَّكْنُونٌ ٤٩
(Delicate and pure) as if they were (hidden) eggs (well) preserved.
- كَأَنَّهُنَّ

- بَيْضٌ مَّكْنُونٌ

فَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ ٥٠
Then they will turn to one another, mutually questioning.
- فَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ
- Then they will turn to one another
- يَتَسَاءَلُونَ

قَالَ قَائِلٌ مِّنْهُمْ إِنِّي كَانَ لِي قَرِينٌ ٥١
A speaker of them will say: "Verily, I had a companion (in the world),
- قَالَ قَائِلٌ مِّنْهُمْ
- A speaker of them will say
- إِنِّي كَانَ لِي قَرِينٌ
- Verily, I had a companion (in the world)
يَقُولُ أَإِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُصَدِّقِينَ ٥٢
Who used to say: "Are you among those who believe (in resurrection after death).
- يَقُولُ
- Are you
- أَإِنَّكَ لَمِنَ
- among those who believe (in resurrection after death)
أَإِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَامًا أَإِنَّا لَمَدِينُونَ ٥٣
"(That) when we die and become dust and bones, shall we indeed (be raised up) to receive reward or punishment (according to our deeds)?"
- أَإِذَا مِتْنَا

- وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَامًا
- and become dust and bones
- أَإِنَّا لَمَدِينُونَ
- shall we indeed (be raised up) to receive reward or punishment (according to our deeds)?
قَالَ هَلْ أَنتُم مُّطَّلِعُونَ ٥٤
(The man) said: "Will you look down?"
- قَالَ
- (The man) said:
- هَلْ أَنتُم
- Will you
- مُّطَّلِعُونَ
- look down?
فَاطَّلَعَ فَرَآهُ فِي سَوَاءِ الْجَحِيمِ ٥٥
So he looked down and saw him in the midst of the Fire.
- فَاطَّلَعَ
- So he looked down
- فَرَآهُ
- and saw him
- فِي سَوَاءِ الْجَحِيمِ
- in the midst of the Fire
قَالَ تَاللَّهِ إِن كِدتَّ لَتُرْدِينِ ٥٦
He said: "By Allah! You have nearly ruined me.
- قَالَ
- He said:
- تَاللَّهِ
- By Allah!
- إِن كِدتَّ لَتُرْدِينِ
- You have nearly ruined me.
وَلَوْلَا نِعْمَةُ رَبِّي لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُحْضَرِينَ ٥٧
"Had it not been for the Grace of my Lord, I would certainly have been among those brought forth (to Hell)."
- وَلَوْلَا نِعْمَةُ رَبِّي
- Had it not been for the Grace of my Lord
- لَكُنتُ مِنَ الْمُحْضَرِينَ
- I would certainly have been among those brought forth (to Hell)
أَفَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَيِّتِينَ ٥٨
(Allah informs about that true believer that he said): "Are we then not to die (any more)?
- أَفَمَا نَحْنُ
- Are we then
- بِمَيِّتِينَ
- to die (any more)?
إِلَّا مَوْتَتَنَا الْأُولَىٰ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ ٥٩
"Except our first death, and we shall not be punished? (after we have entered Paradise)."
- إِلَّا مَوْتَتَنَا الْأُولَىٰ
- Except our first death
- وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
- and we shall not be punished?
إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ ٦٠
Truly, this is the supreme success!
- إِنَّ
- Truly,
- هَٰذَا
- this is
- لَهُوَ
- indeed
- الْفَوْزُ
- the success
- الْعَظِيمُ
- supreme!
لِمِثْلِ هَٰذَا فَلْيَعْمَلِ الْعَامِلُونَ ٦١
For the like of this let the workers work.
- لِمِثْلِ هَٰذَا
- For the like of this
- فَلْيَعْمَلِ الْعَامِلُونَ
