وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا الْمُرْسَلِينَ ١٧١

And, verily, Our Word has gone forth of old for Our slaves, the Messengers,

وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا

And, verily, Our Word has gone forth

لِعِبَادِنَا الْمُرْسَلِينَ

for Our slaves, the Messengers

إِنَّهُمْ لَهُمُ الْمَنصُورُونَ ١٧٢

That they verily would be made triumphant.

إِنَّهُمْ

That they verily

لَهُمُ

would be

الْمَنصُورُونَ

made triumphant

وَإِنَّ جُندَنَا لَهُمُ الْغَالِبُونَ ١٧٣

And that Our hosts, they verily would be the victors.

وَإِنَّ جُندَنَا

And that Our hosts

لَهُمُ الْغَالِبُونَ

they verily would be the victors.

فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ ١٧٤

So turn away (O Muhammad SAW) from them for a while,

فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ

So turn away from them

حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ

for a while

وَأَبْصِرْهُمْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ ١٧٥

And watch them and they shall see (the punishment)!

وَأَبْصِرْهُمْ

And watch them

فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ

and they shall see (the punishment)!

أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ ١٧٦

Do they seek to hasten on Our Torment?

أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا

Do they seek to hasten on Our Torment?

يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ

they seek to hasten

فَإِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ فَسَاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنذَرِينَ ١٧٧

Then, when it descends into their courtyard (i.e. near to them), evil will be the morning for those who had been warned!

فَإِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ

Then, when it descends into their courtyard

فَسَاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنذَرِينَ

evil will be the morning for those who had been warned

وَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ ١٧٨

So turn (O Muhammad SAW) away from them for a while,

وَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ

So turn away from them

حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ

for a while

وَأَبْصِرْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ ١٧٩

And watch and they shall see (the torment)!

وَأَبْصِرْ

And watch

فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ

and they shall see (the torment)!

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ ١٨٠

Glorified be your Lord, the Lord of Honour and Power! (He is free) from what they attribute unto Him!

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ

Glorified be your Lord,

رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ

the Lord of Honour and Power!

عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ

(He is free) from what they attribute unto Him!

وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ ١٨١

And peace be on the Messengers!

وَسَلَامٌ

And peace

عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ

be on the Messengers

وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ١٨٢

And all the praise and thanks be to Allah, Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).

وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ

And all the praise and thanks be to Allah

رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)
