إِنَّ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ يَقُصُّ عَلَىٰ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَكْثَرَ الَّذِي هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ ٧٦
Verily, this Quran narrates to the Children of Israel most of that about which they differ.
- إِنَّ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ
- Verily, this Quran
- يَقُصُّ عَلَىٰ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ
- narrates to the Children of Israel
- أَكْثَرَ الَّذِي هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ
- most of that about which they differ
وَإِنَّهُ لَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ٧٧
And truly, it (this Quran) is a guide and a mercy to the believers.
- وَإِنَّهُ
- And truly, it
- لَهُدًى
- is a guide
- وَرَحْمَةٌ
- and a mercy
- لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
- to the believers
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُم بِحُكْمِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْعَلِيمُ ٧٨
Verily, your Lord will decide between them (various sects) by His Judgement. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing.
- إِنَّ رَبَّكَ
- Verily, your Lord
- يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُم
- will decide between them
- بِحُكْمِهِ ۚ
- by His Judgement.
- وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْعَلِيمُ
- And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing.
فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ الْمُبِينِ ٧٩
So put your trust in Allah; surely, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on manifest truth.
- فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ ۖ
- So put your trust in Allah;
- إِنَّكَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ الْمُبِينِ
- surely, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on manifest truth.
إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ ٨٠
Verily, you cannot make the dead to hear (i.e. benefit them and similarly the disbelievers), nor can you make the deaf to hear the call, when they flee, turning their backs.
- إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَىٰ
- Verily, you cannot make the dead to hear
- وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاءَ
- nor can you make the deaf to hear the call
- إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ
- when they flee, turning their backs
وَمَا أَنتَ بِهَادِي الْعُمْيِ عَن ضَلَالَتِهِمْ ۖ إِن تُسْمِعُ إِلَّا مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُم مُّسْلِمُونَ ٨١
Nor can you lead the blind out of their error, you can only make to hear those who believe in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), and who have submitted (themselves to Allah in Islam as Muslims).
- وَمَا أَنتَ بِهَادِي الْعُمْيِ عَن ضَلَالَتِهِمْ ۖ
- Nor can you lead the blind out of their error
- إِن تُسْمِعُ إِلَّا مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا
- you can only make to hear those who believe in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.)
- فَهُم مُّسْلِمُونَ
- and who have submitted (themselves to Allah in Islam as Muslims)
