لَا تُحَرِّكْ بِهِ لِسَانَكَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِهِ ١٦
Move not your tongue concerning (the Quran, O Muhammad SAW) to make haste therewith.
- لَا تُحَرِّكْ بِهِ لِسَانَكَ
- Move not your tongue concerning (the Quran, O Muhammad SAW)
- لِتَعْجَلَ بِهِ
- to make haste therewith
إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُ وَقُرْآنَهُ ١٧
It is for Us to collect it and to give you (O Muhammad SAW) the ability to recite it (the Quran),
- إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا
- It is for Us
- جَمْعَهُ
- to collect it
- وَقُرْآنَهُ
- and to give you (O Muhammad SAW) the ability to recite it (the Quran)
فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَاهُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْآنَهُ ١٨
And when We have recited it to you [O Muhammad SAW through Jibrael (Gabriel)], then follow you its (the Quran's) recital.
- فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَاهُ
- And when We have recited it
- فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْآنَهُ
- then follow you its (the Quran's) recital.
ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُ ١٩
Then it is for Us (Allah) to make it clear to you,
- ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا
- Then it is for Us
- بَيَانَهُ
- to make it clear to you
