وَإِن يَرَوْا آيَةً يُعْرِضُوا وَيَقُولُوا سِحْرٌ مُّسْتَمِرٌّ ٢

And if they see a sign, they turn away, and say: "This is continuous magic."

وَإِن يَرَوْا آيَةً
And if they see a sign,
يُعْرِضُوا
they turn away,
وَيَقُولُوا
and say:
سِحْرٌ مُّسْتَمِرٌّ
"This is continuous magic."

وَكَذَّبُوا وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ ۚ وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ ٣

They belied (the Verses of Allah, this Quran), and followed their own lusts. And every matter will be settled [according to the kind of deeds (for the doer of good deeds, his deeds will take him to Paradise, and similarly evil deeds will take their doers to Hell)].

وَكَذَّبُوا
They belied (the Verses of Allah, this Quran),
وَاتَّبَعُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ ۚ
and followed their own lusts.
وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ
And every matter will be settled [according to the kind of deeds (for the doer of good deeds, his deeds will take him to Paradise, and similarly evil deeds will take their doers to Hell)].
