يَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنسَانُ إِنَّكَ كَادِحٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَدْحًا فَمُلَاقِيهِ ٦
O man! Verily, you are returning towards your Lord with your deeds and actions (good or bad), a sure returning, so you will meet (i.e. the results of your deeds which you did).
- يَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنسَانُ إِنَّكَ
- O man!
- كَادِحٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَدْحًا
- Verily, you are returning towards your Lord
- فَمُلَاقِيهِ
- with your deeds and actions
- a sure returning, so you will meet (i.e. the results of your deeds which you did)
فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ ٧
Then, as for him who will be given his Record in his right hand,
- فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ
- Then, as for him who will be given his Record
- بِيَمِينِهِ
- in his right hand
فَسَوْفَ يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا ٨
He surely will receive an easy reckoning,
- فَسَوْفَ
- He surely will
- يُحَاسَبُ
- receive
- حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا
- an easy reckoning
وَيَنقَلِبُ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا ٩
And will return to his family in joy!
- وَيَنقَلِبُ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِ
- And will return to his family
- مَسْرُورًا
- in joy!
وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ وَرَاءَ ظَهْرِهِ ١٠
But whosoever is given his Record behind his back,
- وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ
- But whosoever is given his Record
- وَرَاءَ ظَهْرِهِ
- behind his back
فَسَوْفَ يَدْعُو ثُبُورًا ١١
He will invoke (his) destruction,
- فَسَوْفَ يَدْعُو
- He will invoke
- ثُبُورًا
- (his) destruction
وَيَصْلَىٰ سَعِيرًا ١٢
And shall enter a blazing Fire, and made to taste its burning.
- وَيَصْلَىٰ سَعِيرًا
- And shall enter a blazing Fire, and made to taste its burning.
إِنَّهُ كَانَ فِي أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا ١٣
Verily, he was among his people in joy!
- إِنَّهُ
- Verily,
- كَانَ فِي أَهْلِهِ
- he was among his people
- مَسْرُورًا
- in joy!
إِنَّهُ ظَنَّ أَن لَّن يَحُورَ ١٤
Verily, he thought that he would never come back (to Us)!
- إِنَّهُ
- Verily, he
- ظَنَّ
- thought that
- أَن لَّن يَحُورَ
- he would never come back (to Us)!
بَلَىٰ إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا ١٥
Yes! Verily, his Lord has been ever beholding him!
- بَلَىٰ
- Yes!
- إِنَّ رَبَّهُ
- Verily, his Lord
- كَانَ بِهِ
- has been ever
- بَصِيرًا
- beholding him!
