إِنَّا أَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ سَلَاسِلَ وَأَغْلَالًا وَسَعِيرًا ٤
Verily, We have prepared for the disbelievers iron chains, iron collars, and a blazing Fire.
- إِنَّا أَعْتَدْنَا
- Verily, We have prepared
- لِلْكَافِرِينَ
- for the disbelievers
- سَلَاسِلَ وَأَغْلَالًا
- iron chains, iron collars
- وَسَعِيرًا
- and a blazing Fire
إِنَّ الْأَبْرَارَ يَشْرَبُونَ مِن كَأْسٍ كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا كَافُورًا ٥
Verily, the Abrar (pious, who fear Allah and avoid evil), shall drink a cup (of wine) mixed with water from a spring in Paradise called Kafur.
- إِنَّ الْأَبْرَارَ
- Verily, the Abrar (pious, who fear Allah and avoid evil)
- يَشْرَبُونَ مِن كَأْسٍ
- shall drink a cup (of wine)
- كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا كَافُورًا
- mixed with water from a spring in Paradise called Kafur
عَيْنًا يَشْرَبُ بِهَا عِبَادُ اللَّهِ يُفَجِّرُونَهَا تَفْجِيرًا ٦
A spring wherefrom the slaves of Allah will drink, causing it to gush forth abundantly.
- عَيْنًا

- يُفَجِّرُونَهَا

يُوفُونَ بِالنَّذْرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا كَانَ شَرُّهُ مُسْتَطِيرًا ٧
They (are those who) fulfill (their) vows, and they fear a Day whose evil will be wide-spreading.
- يُوفُونَ بِالنَّذْرِ

- يَوْمًا كَانَ شَرُّهُ مُسْتَطِيرًا

وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا ٨
And they give food, inspite of their love for it (or for the love of Him), to Miskin (poor), the orphan, and the captive,
- وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ
- And they give food,
- عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِ
- in spite of their love for it (or for the love of Him),
- مِسْكِينًا
- to Miskin (poor),
- وَيَتِيمًا
- the orphan,
- وَأَسِيرًا
- and the captive,
إِنَّمَا نُطْعِمُكُمْ لِوَجْهِ اللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنكُمْ جَزَاءً وَلَا شُكُورًا ٩
(Saying): "We feed you seeking Allah's Countenance only. We wish for no reward, nor thanks from you.
- إِنَّمَا نُطْعِمُكُمْ
- We feed you
- لِوَجْهِ اللَّهِ
- seeking Allah's Countenance only.
- لَا نُرِيدُ مِنكُمْ
- We wish for no
- جَزَاءً وَلَا شُكُورًا
- reward, nor thanks from you.
إِنَّا نَخَافُ مِن رَّبِّنَا يَوْمًا عَبُوسًا قَمْطَرِيرًا ١٠
"Verily, We fear from our Lord a Day, hard and distressful, that will make the faces look horrible (from extreme dislikeness to it)."

فَوَقَاهُمُ اللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِكَ الْيَوْمِ وَلَقَّاهُمْ نَضْرَةً وَسُرُورًا ١١
So Allah saved them from the evil of that Day, and gave them Nadratan (a light of beauty) and joy.
- فَوَقَاهُمُ اللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِكَ الْيَوْمِ
