ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ ٦١
That is because Allah merges the night into the day, and He merges the day into the night. And verily, Allah is All-Hearer, All-Seer.
- ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ
- That is because Allah
- يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ
- merges the night into the day
- وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ
- and He merges the day into the night
- وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ
- And verily, Allah is All-Hearer, All-Seer
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ وَأَنَّ مَا يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ هُوَ الْبَاطِلُ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْكَبِيرُ ٦٢
That is because Allah He is the Truth (the only True God of all that exists, Who has no partners or rivals with Him), and what they (the polytheists) invoke besides Him, it is Batil (falsehood) And verily, Allah He is the Most High, the Most Great.
- ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ
- That is because Allah He is the Truth (the only True God of all that exists, Who has no partners or rivals with Him)
- وَأَنَّ مَا يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ هُوَ الْبَاطِلُ
- and what they (the polytheists) invoke besides Him, it is Batil (falsehood)
- وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْكَبِيرُ
- And verily, Allah He is the Most High, the Most Great.
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَتُصْبِحُ الْأَرْضُ مُخْضَرَّةً ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَطِيفٌ خَبِيرٌ ٦٣
See you not that Allah sends down water (rain) from the sky, and then the earth becomes green? Verily, Allah is the Most Kind and Courteous, Well-Acquainted with all things.
- أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ
- See you not that Allah
- أَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً
- sends down water (rain) from the sky,
- فَتُصْبِحُ الْأَرْضُ مُخْضَرَّةً ۗ
- and then the earth becomes green?
- إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَطِيفٌ خَبِيرٌ
- Verily, Allah is the Most Kind and Courteous, Well-Acquainted with all things.
لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ ٦٤
To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth. And verily, Allah He is Rich (Free of all wants), Worthy of all praise.
- لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ
- To Him belongs all that is in the heavens
- وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ
- and all that is on the earth.
- وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ
- And verily, Allah He is Rich (Free of all wants), Worthy of all praise.
أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَالْفُلْكَ تَجْرِي فِي الْبَحْرِ بِأَمْرِهِ وَيُمْسِكُ السَّمَاءَ أَن تَقَعَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِالنَّاسِ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ ٦٥
See you not that Allah has subjected to you (mankind) all that is on the earth, and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command? He withholds the heaven from falling on the earth except by His Leave. Verily, Allah is, for mankind, full of Kindness, Most Merciful.
- أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُم
- See you not that Allah has subjected to you
- مَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ
- all that is on the earth
- وَالْفُلْكَ تَجْرِي فِي الْبَحْرِ بِأَمْرِهِ
- and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command?
- وَيُمْسِكُ السَّمَاءَ أَن تَقَعَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ ۗ
- He withholds the heaven from falling on the earth except by His Leave.
- إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِالنَّاسِ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ
- Verily, Allah is, for mankind, full of Kindness, Most Merciful.
وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَحْيَاكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَكَفُورٌ ٦٦
It is He, Who gave you life, and then will cause you to die, and will again give you life (on the Day of Resurrection). Verily! Man is indeed an ingrate.
- وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَحْيَاكُمْ
- It is He, Who gave you life,
- ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ
- and then will cause you to die,
- ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ۗ
- and will again give you life (on the Day of Resurrection).
- إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَكَفُورٌ
- Verily! Man is indeed an ingrate.
