وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ نَّاعِمَةٌ ٨

(Other) faces, that Day, will be joyful,

وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ

(Other) faces, that Day,

نَّاعِمَةٌ

will be joyful,

لِّسَعْيِهَا رَاضِيَةٌ ٩

Glad with their endeavour (for their good deeds which they did in this world, along with the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism).

لِّسَعْيِهَا

with their endeavour

رَاضِيَةٌ

glad

فِي جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍ ١٠

In a lofty Paradise.

فِي جَنَّةٍ

In a Paradise

عَالِيَةٍ

lofty

لَّا تَسْمَعُ فِيهَا لَاغِيَةً ١١

Where they shall neither hear harmful speech nor falsehood,

لَّا تَسْمَعُ فِيهَا

Where they shall neither hear

لَاغِيَةً

harmful speech nor falsehood

فِيهَا عَيْنٌ جَارِيَةٌ ١٢

Therein will be a running spring,

فِيهَا

Therein

عَيْنٌ جَارِيَةٌ

a running spring

فِيهَا سُرُرٌ مَّرْفُوعَةٌ ١٣

Therein will be thrones raised high,

فِيهَا

Therein

سُرُرٌ مَّرْفُوعَةٌ

thrones raised high

وَأَكْوَابٌ مَّوْضُوعَةٌ ١٤

And cups set at hand.

وَأَكْوَابٌ

And cups

مَّوْضُوعَةٌ

set at hand

وَنَمَارِقُ مَصْفُوفَةٌ ١٥

And cushions set in rows,

وَنَمَارِقُ

And cushions

مَصْفُوفَةٌ

set in rows

وَزَرَابِيُّ مَبْثُوثَةٌ ١٦

And rich carpets (all) spread out.

وَزَرَابِيُّ

And rich carpets

مَبْثُوثَةٌ

(all) spread out
