إِنَّ هَٰذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَأَنَا رَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُونِ ٩٢

Truly! This, your Ummah [Sharia or religion (Islamic Monotheism)] is one religion, and I am your Lord, therefore worship Me (Alone). [Tafsir Ibn Kathir]

إِنَّ هَٰذِهِ

Truly! This,

أُمَّتُكُمْ

your Ummah

أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً

is one religion,

وَأَنَا رَبُّكُمْ

and I am your Lord,

فَاعْبُدُونِ

therefore worship Me (Alone).

وَتَقَطَّعُوا أَمْرَهُم بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ كُلٌّ إِلَيْنَا رَاجِعُونَ ٩٣

But they have broken up and differed as regards their religion among themselves. (And) they all shall return to Us.

وَتَقَطَّعُوا أَمْرَهُم بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ

كُلٌّ إِلَيْنَا رَاجِعُونَ

(And) they all shall return to Us.

فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَا كُفْرَانَ لِسَعْيِهِ وَإِنَّا لَهُ كَاتِبُونَ ٩٤

So whoever does righteous good deeds while he is a believer (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), his efforts will not be rejected. Verily! We record it in his Book of deeds.

فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِنَ الصَّالِحَاتِ

So whoever does righteous good deeds

وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ

while he is a believer (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism),

فَلَا كُفْرَانَ لِسَعْيِهِ

his efforts will not be rejected.

وَإِنَّا لَهُ كَاتِبُونَ

Verily! We record it in his Book of deeds.

وَحَرَامٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَاهَا أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ ٩٥

And a ban is laid on every town (population) which We have destroyed that they shall not return (to this world again, nor repent to Us).

وَحَرَامٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ

And a ban is laid on every town (population)

أَهْلَكْنَاهَا

which We have destroyed

أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

that they shall not return (to this world again, nor repent to Us)
